Essential maintenance for Cyber Protect is being carried out on 30th Mar 2026 between 10am and 4pm GMT.

During this maintenance window, some customers may notice interruptions to their backups along with error messages in their logs. Once maintenance is complete, backups will be automatically retried. If backups continue to fail, customers are advised to update their Acronis backup agent to version 26.2.42027 or above.
