The scheduled maintenance to upgrade our support system has been completed.

The help sites (help.fasthosts.co.uk and resellers.fasthosts.co.uk) are back online and customers will be able to view the support sites, check incident history and create new support tickets as before.

We will be upgrading our support system on 19th May 2022 between 10:00 pm and 10:45 pm. During this time our support system software and websites (help.fasthosts.co.uk and resellers.fasthosts.co.uk) will not be accessible. During this time customers will be unable to view the support sites, check their incident history or create new support tickets.
